It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Louise on Sunday, April 14, at the age of 57. Louise will be deeply missed by her loving partner and best friend, Donald Lanteigne. She is the cherished daughter of Jeannine Maurice (late Gerald Maurice). Dearly loved sister of Gilles (Jo-Anne) Maurice, Joanne (David) Ede and Robert (Lisa) Maurice. Louise will be forever cherished by her nieces and nephews; Ashley, Geoffrey (Nicki); Cory; Christopher and Courtney and by her 3 great-nieces. She will be lovingly missed by Donald's children Mitch and Jessica (Kevin). She was so proud to be known as Nanny Lou to Luxx whom she adored. Fondly remembered by the Lanteigne family; Dolores, Yves (Karen); Michael (Carol); John (Rhonda); Rob (Tina) and their families. She will be also missed by her neighbours, many friends and co-workers. A Liturgy of the Word will be held in the Chapel of the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Tuesday, April 23 at 1:30 pm. Louise's family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 pm until 1:20 pm, and during a reception in the James Reid Reception Centre following the service. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Louise's memory.
