Hamilton, Gordon Errol John

Passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in his 91st year. Son of the late Evelyn and Errol. Survived by sisters Laura (Walt), Gloria (Al), brothers Darwyn (Audrey) and Gene (Judy predeceased). Predeceased by brothers Orville (Jean), Karl (Luella) and Harold (Fanny). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and their families. Gord was raised on the farm in Jackson Mills and loved the farm life, especially anything involving tractors (John Deere). He also loved fishing and watching western movies. The family is grateful to everyone who cared for Gord at Westlake Terrace Nursing Home. Family and friends will be received at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd. on Tuesday, February 26 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, February 27 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Yarker. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
