Jeffery Leonard Smith (May 29, 1965 – January 30, 2019)

A Celebration of Life to be held Sunday March 24, 2019 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Renaissance Event Venue, 285 Queen Street Kingston. Passed away peacefully after a 15 month battle with brain cancer.  Son of Thelma (deceased) and Andrew (deceased), Jeff will be greatly missed by wife Wendy (nee Burnette), daughter Mallory, brother Gregory Graveline (Jimmy Moorhouse), fur baby Teddy and a large and loving extended family.  We want to acknowledge the incredible caring and compassionate support of all of the staff on Heritage 2 for both Jeff and all of his family and the wonderful care and support from all that worked with Jeff along this journey.  While our hearts hurt, we are left with the enduring memories of a beautiful man who provided us with a lifetime of love and laughter. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Care Unit at Providence Care Hospital or the Gord Downie Brain Cancer Research Fund are greatly appreciated.
