VANKOUGHNETT, Stanley (Steamer)
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Stanley (Steamer) Vankoughnett on Monday, January 21, 2019 at the age of 53. Survived by Shirley Brown and loving father of Jan-Michael, James, Richard, and Kendra. He will be missed by his brothers Wesley (Liz), Doug (Shirley), and Richard (Cindy). He will be greatly missed by his family, many nieces and nephews. Stanley was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Frances, and brother, Robert. Steamer's family will receive friends at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10:00 am until 10:50 am.  The funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 11:00, with Lt. Thomas Marsh of the Rideau Heights Corps of the Salvation Army officiating. As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to The Salvation Army in Steamer's memory.
