When death occurs:  When you call us after a death occurs, you will always be answered by a person and then speak to a funeral director, any time of day or night. We will come to you when you are ready. 

Our funeral directors work 9am to 5pm seven days a week, and a funeral director is on call 5pm to 9am every night. 

Our receptionists are onsite from 8:30 am to 5pm daily.
