Obituary of Bazil GILLESPIE

GILLESPIE, Bazil James - Corrections Canada (Ret d)- Verona Lions Club - Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the age of 75. Cherished and loving husband of 51 years to Pat. Dear father of Sandra Boruszok (Michael) and Darryl (Angela). Proud Grampy of Natasha, Sonja, Ian and Megan. Brother of Ella Mae (deceased), Frances, Anna, Margarette, Leona, Mary and Wray. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME (1900 John Counter Boulevard) on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 11:00am. Reception to follow. Cremation will take place following the funeral service at the James Reid Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions in Bazil s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Association or to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
