Dear Bruce, Bob and family,
We were so sad to learn today about Ethel's sudden death. Our heartfelt condolences go out to you and your families, especially to her granddaughter Stephanie. Tony and I both spoke with your Mom on her 89th birthday. As always, she was her cheery self and in good spirits that day. Ethel will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Bob and Bruce, We were so sorry to hear about your mom and hope that you are bearing up under the loss. Your mother was truly a wonderful woman, kind and thoughtful, gracious and welcoming, bright and optimistic, a terrific role model, and had a real and infectious "joie de vive". She was also a caring and supportive mother to you boys, and a loving grandmother to Stephanie, and the best "mum" I've ever had! We will truly miss her, always.

I was very sorry to hear that your mom has passed away. She always had a way of making everyone feel welcome
and comfortable when she was around them. I think the last time I saw her was in Kingston at Ola Butterill's funeral
