Dear Giroux Family :
Sorry for your loss: I had worked at CBI for a number of years. Henry always had a joke and a smile on his face! Always a positive attitude.

Henry was a good, long time friend of ours, he visited us at our home and visa versa. Being ex military he and my husband who was ex military had lots to chat about. Goldie was also a great lady. We surely will miss them both. He always had a smile on his face and a pleasure to be with. God bless them both and I am sure they are together now in Heaven. He had quite a sense of humour that is for sure. We will miss visiting you and you us Henry, but pray one day we will all meet again in Heaven. (Loretta, Wayne and Peter).

I have fond memories of both Mr. & Mrs. Giroux, most especially from the Macdonnell Street site of KGT. Mr. Giroux was a fantastic Sunday School teacher, always making every class a joy! Names and points scored for answering questions correctly (and sometimes subtracted when answered incorrectly!) were always tabulated along the top of the chalkboard. The winner(s) were presented with a beautifully bound Bible, at the end of the SS year, which continues to be used in our family. Tidbits of French language and culture were interspersed into each week's lesson and 3D Rice Krispie treats, on special occasions, from Mrs. Giroux. My condolences to the family on the passing of Mr. Giroux, trusting however, that a lifetime of fond memories will see you through the saddest moments. Beena (George)John
