Dear Hank, Julie and family: our deepest condolences for the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother. We had the good fortunate to meet June and Hank over 50 years ago sailing on Lake Ontario. As well, we enjoyed their presence at RileyLake, Muskoka. June was gifted with the ability to immediately establish warm rapport with anyone she came in contact with. We will all miss her spirit, strength, her sense of adventure and passion for life. We will miss her laughter which was always a joyful sound, and her smile that would brighten even the most dullest day. Aunt June was my second mother. I immigrated from Scotland with my mum and dad and they rented the top half of their half of a semi. We lived with them for 5 years and I remember I loved her mashed potatoes and peas. Uncle Hank and my Dad would spray the backyard to make a skate rink for me. Mum and Aunt June were always singing and dancing and making amazing food in the kitchen. She was endless fun for a 2 year old and I loved her throughout my life as my parents stayed best friends with them. I will miss her laugh, our weekly calls, her positive spirit no matter what. She called me angel and now she is one. Heaven just got louder. Jo (Wilson)Dyck
