Our deepest sympathies go to all the Wilson/James Family at this difficult time.
That was a wonderful tribute to Mary on Saturday - with four-generations in
attendance. We loved the music from the talented Wilson Family and the little
great grandaughter Jocelyn Mary even gave a little step!
Cherish the memories, the pictures and the music - it will give you strength and
her spirit will always be with you.

Dear Lloyd and family,
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Mary. I'll always remember her warm smile and gentle way and laugh. From supportive visits by her and Lloyd to my mother while journeying through dementia, and silly recounts by Mary of fiddle lessons gone awry with mom over the years, I'll hold her memory close and remember what a lovely lady she was. Wishing you all peace and memories of the good times.

To Lloyd, Chris, Colin and extended family,
I wanted to send my sincere condolences at this time of Mary’s passing. She was a beautiful, strong woman and I feel very fortunate to have known her.
One of my favorite memories was with your family when we shared a trip out to BC in 1979? It was a trip of a lifetime and I will never forget our few days camping together out there.
Our family has been blessed to know all of you for so many years and through so much music.
Mary will be dearly missed. Best wishes to all of you as you go through this difficult time.

Dear Lloyd,Chris&Jen ,Colin&Pati,
We are so sad to hear of Mary's passing. She was such a kind and gentle soul.
Who truely was all about her family! I meet Mary back in seventies when she was running
Colour your World and I was working in the medical building next door.
She spent many of my lunch hours helping me find the perfect paint and wallpaper for my new house.
By the time I was done we had quiet friendship going!
We met again years later when Jen & Chris started to date and wow Chris was a musician!
We were smitten and followed the band as did mom & dad.
Mary used to invited us to the potluck jam sessions in their backyard.Loved them but were embarassed
we didn't play an instrument or sing! Mary said "No No every musician needs an audience". We
were thrilled to be that!
We hope you guys will remember the good times with Mary before Parkinson rob you of mom.

To Cousin Lloyd and family. Gord, Robin and I were sorry to hear of the passing of Mary. She lived a wonderful life with her family as seen over the years in the picture albums that she made. Mary was such a kind loving person and has left behind the love she shared with each of her family members over the years. As everyone looks back with how their lives were touched by Mary’s love and kindness, she will never be forgotten. Lloyd you were a very devoted loving husband to her especially in her last trying years for you and the family. Her love of music and dance I will share with you. Dear Lloyd, Chris, Colin and Families:
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Grieve as you must, remember the good times the bad times and all the time in between.
Mary, a simply elegant lady, a beautiful woman—in body and in mind.
Of the many roles Mary had in life, her joy in her husband and family were the leading part.
I count myself as one of the lucky people among those she called “friend”.
I admired her courage to meet each challenge head on, in particular this final one.
Her smile, quirky sense of humor and unwavering friendship will be missed by many. I mourn her passing but we celebrate her life.
Beyond the world as we know it,
there is a field of stars
where we will all meet again
and never have to say "good-bye"

Thank you to Lloyd for telling me about Mary's passing. I send my hearfelt condolances to all the Wilson family and know you will be missing those dancing eyes and cheerful smile. I met Mary in Ottawa when the boys were very young and we had many a happy time together, making pickles on a hot summer afternoon, going to the drop-in with our boys for exercises and listening to music always. There was always music in their house. I have visited Mary over the years and was always inspired by her enthusiasm for life and her family. Their trip to Africa, their new adventure in business, their trips around Ontario with the band and the boys for competitions. I am only sorry I didn't get to see her in the last two years but know that Lloyd kept her spirits up. You wlll have many happy memories as do I.

My heart is filled for Lloyd and his family. I have had the privilege to be a companion to this amazing woman who was strongly in dependant, committed to family and loved with all her heart. She taught me what she needed during our time together in her home and even after when she lived at Arbor Heights. She had the most amazing with eyes that would light up and speak for her even when she could not say a word herself. I was a honor to have time with her and her dedicated husband.
