Obituary of Milton Leroy McBride

MILTON L. MCBRIDE
 

Milt died peacefully at Kingston General Hospital (KGH) in the early morning of Tuesday

April 2nd, 2019 from post-surgery / diabetes complications.

Born January 28, 1940 in Peterborough, ON to Helen and James C. McBride; Milton was a wonderful, charming, funny and intelligent man, whom adored his family and treasured every moment of life.

Milt is survived by his devoted wife Donna McBride, son Scott McBride, daughter Laura Girard, son-in-law Ray Girard, nephew John McBride, grandchildren Emma McBride, James McBride, Dyllin Houselander and 3 siblings -- Irene Whelan, Bill McBride and Diane Glastetter. While family and friends feel heartbroken at this loss, let us remember that Milt cherished his relationship with everyone.

Thank you to the staff, doctors and nurses at KGH dialysis unit and KGH ICU for working so hard to keep Milton well and comfortable, especially during his final days.

Thank you for your love, wisdom, sense of fun and breathtaking courage. Our lives are eternally enhanced by your warmth, generosity and grace.
