Cook, Baxter Wheeler

Passed away at Providence Care Hospital after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at the age of 74.
Baxter was a man of nature and spent his days doing hobbies and enjoying the outdoors. He is predeceased by the love of his life, wife Charlotte Cook. Survived by his Children Sharleen Cook (Raymond Chenier), Crystal Cook (Christopher Colantonio), Baxter Cook Jr (Kristen Lattimore), Bruce (Diane), Lori ( Francesco), Sherry Cook (Wayne). Missed dearly by his grandchildren Tia, Sommer, Jada, Veto, Maria, Danica, Michelle, Rebecca, Brody, Denise, Sabrina, Ethan, Mateo, Melissa, Johnathon Jr, Amelia and Nolan. Also remembered by three great grandchildren Dominic, Madison and Aria. Sister Marjorie Wilkins and Brother in law Fred Wilkins. Also remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
Baxter will always be remembered by his family as a friendly man who always has a joke to tell and who touched many lives.

Family and friends will be received at James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Boulevard) on Saturday October 13 from 1:00pm to 2:50pm and during the reception following the service. A Celebration of life will be held in the chapel at 3:00pm. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions in Baxter’s memory may be made to UHKF (Providence Care Hospital).
