Obituary of Sandra ADAMS

Sandra (Sandy) Beryl Adams 72, of Kingston, Ontario died at her home on March 2, 2016. She was born July 16, 1943, in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Sandy is loved and cherished by her three children, Brenda I. Wood, Walter A. Wood and Nancy L. Wood. She has eight amazing grandchildren and two great-grandchildren who love her: David Peralty, Mark Wood, Daniel Peralty, Kyle Sproule, Megan Wood, Andrew Wood, Serina Sproule, Eric Wood and Riley Maclam and Benjamin Peralty. She is survived by her sisters, Jean Chapman, Betty Johnson and her brother Perry Adams, all residing in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Sandy loved reading books, she had a passion for gardening and writing her memoirs. She shared lots of stories about her childhood, being a farm girl in her youth and then a city girl in adulthood. She is dearly missed by her family and her friends. Her three children are planning a celebration of life that will be hosted in Kingston in May 2016 for a tree planting ceremony, which was her wish. We welcome any family and friends who would like to attend. A donation to the Lung Association would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
