Obituary of Donald Charles SWAIN

SWAIN, Donald C. Retired, Long time employee of Empire Life Peacefully, in his 82nd year, at the Kingston General Hospital following a brief illness, on Monday, January 18, 2016. Donald Swain, beloved husband of Marlene (nee Clark) for 58 years. Loving father of Terri Swain-Collins (Paul) and James Swain, both of Kingston. Affectionately known as "Pa" to his grandsons, Lee and Jay. Dear brother of Larry Swain (Anne) of Cherry Valley and Susan Office (Bill) of Kingston. In accordance with Don's wishes there is no visitation or funeral. Cremation at James Reid Crematorium will be followed by a private graveside service in Cataraqui Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Kingston Humane Society or the charity of choice, in Mr. Swain's memory.
