Obituary of Howard Flindall

FLINDALL, Howard Wilson – IBEW City of Kingston It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Howard at Kingston General Hospital on Monday, February 6, 2017 after heart complications. Loving husband of 53 years to Colleen (nee Anderson). Beloved father of Terri (Therol Peterson), Howie and Dave (Pauline). Dear grandpa of Stephanie, Tessa, Erin; step-granddaughters Krystal (Brandon), Jennifer (Mike) and Caitlin (Ian). Predeceased by his brother Bud (Lois) and his sister Marion Pettitt (Tony). Brother of Joan Cole, Barb Semeniuk (Mike), Joyce Hampton (Lyall), Ron (Jan) and Diane Kruz (Wayne). Howard will be missed by his brother-in law, Jack Anderson (Barb), nieces, nephews and his international families. The family wishes to thank Doctor Bisleri, nurses and staff at KGH Cardiac Care Unit. Visitation will be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Tuesday, February 7th from 7pm to 9pm and on Wednesday, February 8th from 12:00pm to 1:15pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 1:30pm. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions in Howard’s memory may be made to UHKF (Cardiac Care Unit) or Princess Street United Church.
