Obituary of Herbert W. LANG

LANG, Herbert W. No longer in pain, with his family at his side, Herb passed away at KGH December 30, 2015, at the age of 85. He will be missed terribly by the love of his life, Helma, daughters Elke Hochban and Doris Randazzo, son's-in-law Tim Hochban and Sam Randazzo, grandchildren Kyla Palin (Serge), Eric Hochban (Erin) and Fenn Randazzo, and great-granddaughters Gabby, Sophie and Palmer. He'll also be missed by his buddies Lyman, Earl and Murphy. Proud retired Weapons Specialist and Instructor with CSC, Herb was an avid outdoorsman with an immense love and respect for nature. A private graveside service was held at the Cataraqui Cemetery on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Heart-felt thanks to all the EMTs, nursing staff, technicians, volunteers and physicians, as well as Marjorie and Cathy, who treated Herb with such care and respect, and who helped the family say goodbye. Thanks also to Bo and her staff for their kind help. Herb was a supporter of University Hospitals Kingston Foundation. ``Happy trails Herb.``
