Obituary of Betty HANNAH

Hannah, Betty Jane - Surrounded by her peeps at St Mary s of the Lake Hospital on Friday January 1st at the age of 62. Loving daughter of Eleanor and the late Benson James. In keeping with her wishes, cremation and private interment have taken place at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will gather at JAMES REID RECEPTION CENTRE, please use rear doors, 1900 John Counter Blvd. from 3 to 5pm on Thursday January 7th. Thanks to those who have been involved in Betty s exceptional care including Community Care Access Centre, St Elizabeth s nursing care, the nurses and doctors at the KGH Cancer Centre, Palliative Care and St Mary s. Betty was particularly fond and appreciative of the amazing nurses in the chemotherapy clinic. Also a special thanks to Dr. Ostic and Dr. Harle for their care. Thanks to Rev. Nadene Grieve-Deslippe for her visits and support. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made in Betty s memory to the Kingston Humane Society or UHKF (Palliative Care Unit).
