Obituary of Shirley GIRARD

GIRARD, Shirley Hazel (nee Gerow) Peacefully passed away at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at the age of 85. Shirley, beloved wife of the late Roy Girard, the late Richard Wills and the late Jay Hicks. She is survived by her daughters Leslie (David) Snow of Kingston, and Elizabeth Crawley of Coburg and was predeceased by her daughter Roberta Bobbi Baldwin. Shirley is also survived by her grandchildren; Erin Baldwin of Belleville, Shannon (Patrick) Bisson of Belleville, Daly (Stefanie) Baldwin of Bath, Aric Baldwin of Kingston, Keegan (Brenda) Coulter of Appleton, Wisconsin, Charlie Bellemare of Toronto, Harry Bellemare of Kingston, Evan (Crystal) Crawley of Eagle River, Ontario, and Jillian Crawley of Guelph, and by her great grandchildren; Riley, Emily, Mary, Samuel, Blake, Ava, Parker, Leland, Aly, and Grace. Dear sister of Martha Minerva and aunt of Bernice and Della. A graveside service will be held for family and invited friends at the Cataraqui Cemetery on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1:30pm. A service celebrating Shirley s life will be held in the spring at the Verona Free Methodist Church.
