Obituary of Harold John Simpson

SIMPSON, Harold John. 76, - passed peacefully in his sleep on November 8, 2016, at the Kingston General Hospital and is now with his beloved wife of 35 years, Arlene Simpson, who passed in April of this year. Born and raised in Kingston Ontario on October,18, 1940, the only son of Ruth (Walker) and Harry Simpson, Harold was a wonderful stepfather to Kathryn Huse (husband Keith Enhagen), Darrell Huse and his step grandson Cole Huse and will be sadly missed by his family, numerous cousins and dear friends. Forever in our hearts, please join us in remembering Harold on Friday, December, 2nd, 12:30 - 1:30 at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 Counter Street. The family wishes to thank the many doctors and nurses at Kingston General Hospital and Saint Elizabeth Home Care for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Kingston Branches of the Kidney or Diabetes Foundations would be welcome.
