Obituary of Lois HAMLIN

Hamlin, Lois Peacefully with family by her side at Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Bernard (Bernie) Hamlin. Loving mother of Susan (Robert) Kellar. Daughter of the late Anne and Thomas Nelson. Lois was the youngest of 12 children, and has been predeceased by all her brothers and sisters. Lois and Bernie were founding members of St. Margaret's United Church (now Crossroads United Church), both were active members of the Kinsmen Club of Kingston where Lois was Past President of the Kinette Club. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., with family and friends being received from 1 - 1:45 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Crossroads United Church or Kingston Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
