Obituary of Joy MORRIS

MORRIS, Dorothy Joy , Unexpectedly in Fredericton, New Brunswick while visiting her son, on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. Joy (nee Potter), in her 83rd year, beloved wife of 64 years to Bernie Morris, of Amherstview. Loving mother of Mike (Janice) of Kingston and Steve (Cathy) of Fredericton, NB. Cherished grandmother of Nicole (Chance) of Kingston, Richelle (Scott) of Oakville and Robert (Samantha) of London. Dear daughter of the late Ken and Dorothy Potter. Survived by her brothers Ken (late Jean), Ed (Doris), Chris (Barb), Doug (Betty) and Terry (late Brenda) and predeceased by sisters Mary Brehm, Gail Tronianko (George) and Marlene Lameront (late Jerry). Dorothy was also a dear sister-in-law to the late Doreen and John Sterling and the late Harold and Alice Morris. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and as well as numerous friends. Cremation has taken place in New Brunswick. A celebration of life to be announced at a later date. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of choice.
