Obituary of Marion HAMILTON

HAMILTON, Marion Rose (nee LaFrance) - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marion on Sunday, July 24, 2016 in her 87th year, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Beloved wife of Clifford, cherished mother to John (Earla) and David (Sandra). Loving and devoted grandmother to Alexis, Bryan, Blake, Jeff, Angela and Matthew. Loving sister to Jamie (Dee) and Anne (Emmett). We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff on 1 North at Fairmount Home for six years of compassionate care. Visitation will be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 12:00pm to 1:45pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 2:00pm. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions in Marion's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or to Fairmount Home.
