We're sorry we cannot be with you today to say good-bye to Julie. We have so many fond memories of Julie and Noel going back to the sixties, and our early years with the Mathematics Department at RMC. We will remember her as a gentle and gracious lady.

Julie was blessed to have the kind care of a loving family. I last saw her at one of the Brown's/Webster BBQ's at Kingston Yacht Club and while frail she was there with a smile and her lovely presence. Courageous indeed when many others would have just stayed home. Through Heather and Rose Mary you see her quality and kindness that will shine on for the next generations. Our sincere condolences. Many years ago Julie and I attended classes at Queen's University together. We had a wonderful time discussing art and literature. She was a lovely student/companion who I shall always remember for her intelligence and witty observations. Marje Burggraf
