Obituary of Ray Robert CONBOY

CONBOY, Ray Robert Retired, 36 year Public Works employee, City of Kingston Unexpectedly at Kingston General Hospital, following a brief illness , on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. Ray Conboy, age 72, beloved husband of Glenda for 25 years. Dear father of Jason Conboy (Melissa Severin) and Cory Conboy, and step-father of John and Dennis Labarge. Lovingly remembered by his 9 grandchildren, sister Ruth Lees, sister-in-law Hillary, nieces and nephews, Glenda's brothers and sisters, as well as their families. Predeceased by his brother Charles Conboy (2010). In accordance with Ray's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Monday, July 4, between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Memorial service in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 5 at 11:00 am, with Inurnment at Cataraqui Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Reception Centre. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario) in memory of Ray.
