Obituary of William J. WALKER

WALKER, William "Will" J. Unexpectedly at home, following a life long struggle with a debilitating disease, on Thursday, May 26, 2016. Will Walker, age 28, beloved son and best friend of Jim Walker. He was predeceased by his mother, Iris (nee Bauder) Walker in 2007. Lovingly remembered by his grandmother Joan Walker, great-uncle Bill (Margaret), aunts Judy (Jeff), Cathy (Carl), Joanne, Janet and Michelle, as well as numerous cousins. The family extends sincere gratitude to all of Will's caregivers at ParaMed for their compassion and friendship they provided to him throughout his journey. Cremation has taken place under the care of James Reid Crematorium. Family and friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 between the hours of 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A private graveside ceremony will be held at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Ontario March of Dimes or, charity of your choice, in Will's memory.
