Obituary of Petros RIGOS

Rigos, Petros (Peter) Owner of Kingston Monuments Peacefully on Thursday, May 26, 2016 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of Demitra Kalivas (Dimitre) and Elia. Dear Papou of Kelly, Varvara, Billy, Petros, Fotini, Emelia, Petros and great-Papou of Panayioti and Demitra. Predeceased by his parents Elias and Demitra, brothers George and Kostas and sister Maria. He will be missed by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law many nieces, nephews and friends. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses of Ward 26 who took exceptional care of Peter. Resting at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., with Father Demetre Mouselimis saying prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Greek Orthodox Church (121 Johnson St.). Entombment in Cataraqui Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Greek Orthodox Church or U.H.K.F (Providence Care) in Peter's name would be appreciated.
