My deepest condolences to the Splinter family. Jeff and I shared many great times as housemates for 8 years in Kingston and Ottawa. He truly was an easy going fun-loving person. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his tragic accident. I will cherish the memories I have of him and our good times at school and in Ottawa.
