Obituary of Ina Margaret Taylor

TAYLOR Ina (née Bonnell) - Passed away peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on June 23, 2020 at the age of 82. Predeceased by her parents George Bonnell and Elizabeth Bonnell (formerly Maddigan) and son Jeffrey Taylor. Left to celebrate her life and forever miss her are her husband of 56 years Calvin Taylor, daughter Jackie (née Taylor) McEachern, grandchildren Brittany McEachern (partner Rui Torres) and Brandon McEachern (fiancé Kayla Trower), brother Ed (Joyce) Bonnell, sister Bernice (Douglas Chase) Murphy, sister-in-law Geraldine (Everett) Green and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Ina will be remembered as a kindhearted woman who loved walking, reading and expressing her love for those close to her through her delicious baked treats. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she never missed an opportunity to send them a card or tell them how much she loved them. Ina’s family is grateful for the support received from friends and family during her illness and for the excellent care provided by the staff at KGH on Connell 9.  Cremation has occurred in Kingston, Ontario. Visitation and funeral will follow in St. John’s, NL once public health travel restrictions permit. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in Ina’s memory to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
