Obituary of Ann Deschamps

DESCHAMPS, Vera “ANN” nee Channon

September 25, 1946 – May 19, 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ann at the age of 77. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Ann will be lovingly remembered by her husband David of 47 years. She will be greatly missed by her son David Jacques (Kim), her grandchildren Justin (Erica) and Caitlin and her adored great grandchildren Oliver and Emersyn. She will be forever missed by her dear sister Colleen Channon.

She is pre-deceased by her parents George and Vera Channon, and brother Jeff Channon.

Ann passed after a lengthy battle with heart disease under the care of the Queens University Palliative Care team.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday June 3, from 1  to 3 pm at James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston) Please enter through the doors in the back of the building. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Queens University Palliative Care Team would be welcomed.
