Jim and I will miss Dougie dearly. He was a kind and thoughful man who took great joy in making someone laugh. We have so many memories of Dougie and all of them are great and bring smiles to our faces. The world will not be the same without him.

The members of the Canadian Forces Supplementary Radio (SUPRAD) System Oldtimers Assocation were saddened by the news of Doug's (aka Dougie) sudden passing. During his years of dedicated and loyal service as a Communicator Research (MOC 291) he made many good friends. All of the cherished memories of enjoyable times spent at work, and at play, will long be remembered.
