Dave was a colleague, travel partner, fellow history and music nerd and friend. This sad news has allowed me and my former Dominion Institute colleagues to come together and grieve, laugh and remember the great memories Dave brought us. Dave will be missed but his impact and legacy remain. Peace and best wishes to Dave's family.
