Cindy Joanne O’Connor

March 31, 1967 – July 22, 2022

It is with broken hearts we share the news of our mother’s passing after a bravely fought battle with cancer. Loving mother of Christin and Haley Wilson and Grandmother of Jocelyn. She is survived by her mother Cathy Taul (Chris) and stepmother Sharon Asselstine, sisters Wendy O’Connor (Chris) and Patricia O’Connor (David) stepsister Laura (Gaetan), and brothers Derek Asselstine, Keith Asselstine (Tasha), Mark Asselstine (Nicole) and Tim Taul. Predeceased by her father Joe O’Connor She will be missed by so many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Special thanks to Father Leo Byrne for his many visits, nurses Janou and Jen for helping us keep mom at home, and best friend Cindie Ashton for always being there.

The family will receive friends at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M 7H3, on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8. Followed by cremation. The funeral service will be held at St Patrick’s Church, 3977 Sydenham Rd, Railton ON, on Friday, July 29, 2022, at 11 am. Burial to follow.
