I met Dorothy when my parents moved into The Royale about the same time. I have been lucky enough to share meals, laughs, a few tears, and many conversations with her. She was a wonderful, thoughtful, kind, funny, and smart lady. My mother (Joan Myers) will be so very sad to hear this and we will let her know as soon as we can. My sincere condolences to her family and, in this time of physical distancing, we know this is even more difficult. May your good memories of better times wrap you in comfort and bring you peace. Dorothy was such a lovely lady, we looked forward to meeting her in the dining room and halls of the Royale. We met through our mother Joan Myers, who I know will miss Dorothy very much as she is very fond of her. Dorothy had a special knack for making everyone feel special. We will all miss her.
