MACDONALD, Donald Charles

Clan MacDonald is sad to announce the passing of their patriarch Donald Charles MacDonald, best friend and cherished husband for 56 years to Marlene (Percy).  Devoted father to Deanna, Donald (Susan), Michelle and Daniel.  Beloved grandfather of Stephanie (Darren), Samantha (Tyler), Megan, Mason, Madeleine, Dylan and Evan.  Survived by his sisters Nadine Lory and Margo (Cecil) Gower and brother George. Loved by his many nieces and nephews and the Meeks and Revell Clans. Proud long-time member of IBEW Local 115, and founding member of The Antique and Classic Car Club, Kingston. Active member of Zion United Church and mischief-maker in the Choir. Endlessly supportive and helpful to family, friends and community, Don will be sorely missed by many.  Donald is predeceased by his parents Donald and Margaret (Plumridge), sister Donalda Williams and nephews Kevin McCullough and Tracy Gower.

Visitation at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, Saturday February 29th, 2020 10:00 am to 11:15 am. Service to follow in the Chapel officiated by Rev. Lynda Price at 11:30 am.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation - Cancer Centre or Zion United Church greatly appreciated by the family.
