Obituary of Brady Sean Mychael Viggo Perkins
January 13th, 2001 - March 13th, 2021
Unexpectedly and irrevocably our amazing son Brady was taken from our lives. Anyone who had the privilege to know Brady knows he is an absolute pleasure to be around. His smile is the first thing anyone notices and when he speaks to you, he looks in your eyes. You always know he is listening when you speak. Brady's father and I have chosen not to use past tense when we speak about our beautiful boy.
Brady spent many years playing soccer and hockey, even trying Rugby. He is great at everything he does. He always did his best to wear number 13, it is his favourite number so much so his first tattoo was the number 13 on his forearm. Eventually he quit sports but he still has love for the Montreal Canadiens and New England Patriots and enjoys watching UFC with munchies and beer.
Brady's proudest and most important love is the love he has for his girlfriend Suzie. He chased her for two years not giving up until he got her. Together they are strong and committed to forever. Apart they are eternally linked through love and memories. They often tell each other they are the loves of each other's young lives. We all believe through thick and thin Brady and Suzie will be there for each other. Brady will never leave your side Suzie...ever you know him best and know all his secrets.
The two dates above are significant to us for three reasons. Both were Saturdays and both on the 13th and 13 is his favourite number. Brady is the most organized of all of us so this is only suiting to his personality to have this match up like that. He has a great love for rock and roll, you will hear his YouTube playlist with his photo gallery. We ask you to search Brady Perkins Rock on YouTube and go through your memories with him, he created it so it is very personal to him.
Nothing will ever be the same again for our family. Losing a child is pain that isn't even imaginable until it happens, 20 years is not long enough to spend with your children.
We are acutely aware of the amount of people who are touched by Brady and have been a part of his life in one way or another. The messages that we have received are a tribute to his presence and lasting impression he makes on everyone.
He is gone but will never be forgotten. He is survived by his parents Lisa Swain and Sean Perkins (Kim), his siblings Christopher Pascoal (Hallie) and Lochlyn Wimmer. His girlfriend and eternal love Suzie. His grandparents Else White and Ken Perkins (Sharon), his great grandmother Linda Cox, Aunt Megan Roberts (Mark), Uncles Luke Perkins (Julie) ,Dylan Perkins (Sabrina) and some younger cousins. He joins his grandma Ariel, and his uncle Darryl.
