Obituary of Timothy John McElligott

Timothy John McElligott passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Tim was the son of the late Dr. Timothy Francis McElligott (1993) and the late Kathleen McElligott (2017). Tim is survived by his loving son Ryan McElligott, his partner and best friend Traci Burns, his best friend Randall Walker and brother Paul McElligott.

Tim was a retired optician who was a perfectionist at everything he did. His love for remodeling the house and his recent passion of woodworking were truly amazing. Tim will always be remembered as a loving, devoted father and soulmate.

A visitation will be held at the James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 5:00 - 8:00p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, everyone must remain 2 meters from the family and other guests while on the James Reid Funeral Home premises and no gathering in the parking lot. There will be no funeral service to follow.
