Obituary of Maurice Gilles Léon Joseph Pitre

Pitre; Maurice Gilles Léon Joseph – Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the age of 77. Cherished husband to Ghislaine (nee Nadeau) of 51 years. Adored father to Denise Pitre (Scott McMahon). Maurice was predeceased by his parents Oscar and Annette (nee Séguin), siblings Alice (Pierre) and Rita (late Ron) and parents-in-law Albert and Alma Nadeau. He will be fondly missed by his surviving siblings Raymond (Noëlla), Huguette (Richard), André (Kathy) and Bernard (Sylvianne) and his siblings-in-law Hubert (Colette), Lise (Gaëtan), Gisèle (Frank) and Michel. Maurice is survived by many other extended family and friends that will forever keep him in their hearts. Cremation has been entrusted to James Reid Funeral Home, Kingston, Ontario. Due to covid, there will be no service at this time. The family will have a private burial at a later date when restrictions allow. Memorial donations can be made in Maurice’s honour to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
