Obituary of Rosemary LYNE

LYNE, Rosemary (nee Rose Mary Holliday) - Rosemary was born at Hampstead, London, England on March 5, 1922 and died peacefully at Fairmount Home, Kingston, Canada on Sunday April 17th 2016 in her 95th year. Much loved mother of Dr. David Walker (Emily Leslie) and Tricia Walker, she immigrated to Canada in 1998 to be near her children and grandchildren. Gran will be sadly missed by the entire extended family, including grandchildren Charles Walker (Sylvia), Alyson Walker (Jamie Gordon), James Walker (Tracy Wallis), Michael Walker (Louise), Bill Feeley and Matthew Feeley (Stef). She also leaves behind her loving sister Jenny Liddell of Wantage, England. Granny was thrilled at the birth of every new baby, delighting in all her great-grandchildren: Madison, Benjamin and Abigail Walker, Jack Gordon, Thomas and Remi Walker, Liam (and expected brother) Walker and Davis Feeley. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 12:00pm to 12:45pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 1:00pm. Reception to follow in the James Reid Reception Centre. Memorial donations may be made to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
