STARNAMAN, Phyllis - Peacefully, after a brief illness at Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in her 97th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Lloyd and daughter Marilyn. Survived by those who loved her; daughter Judy See and her husband, David; grandsons Bradley See (Kristie MacGorman) and Michael See (Elizabeth Griffiths) and 2 great-grandchildren. In keeping with Phyllis' wishes, services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
