Obituary of Shirley Edith Anna Rose

Rose, Shirley Edith Anna (nee Martin)
Peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. Wife of the late Herb. Survived by her children Tim (Dianne McPherson) and Pam. Predeceased by her son Dave, brothers Bobby, Ralph, Raymond, Jack and sisters Jean and Coral. She will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Shirley was well known as a server at Lino's Restaurant and the Golden Dragon. She will be remembered by many for her "world" famous chili sauce and preserves. Friends will be received at James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 2:00 pm. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Polson Park Free Methodist church would be appreciated.
