Graziella Vander Baaren
July 31, 1969 – July 20, 2019
After a long battle with cancer, Graziella Vander Baaren (née Garofalo) passed away peacefully on July 20, 2019, at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa. Graziella was born in Kingston, Ontario to her parents John and Maria Garofalo on July 31st, 1969. Wife of Tony, and loving mother to Justin (Valerie), Samuel, John and Veronica. Lovingly remembered by her brother Francesco (Michelle) and sister Phillis Kelly. Fondly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 4pm to 7pm at Armstrong Funeral Home at 124 King St E., Oshawa, ON, as well as in her hometown of Kingston on Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 4pm to 8pm at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd. Funeral Mass to be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 11am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 490 Days Road, Kingston, ON and followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery at 718 Division Street, Kingston, ON.
To fulfill Graziella’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her memory can be made to St. Gertrude’s Parish in Oshawa and/or Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Kingston.
