Danny Joslin

1959-2018

It is with broken hearts that Danny’s family announce his passing on May 28, 2018 at the age of 58.  He was the much loved husband of Mary Lou (Klaassen) and devoted father to Nicholas (Danielle Murphy) and Alison.  He will be sadly missed by his parents Glenn and Doreen Joslin and his sisters Cheryl Holloway (George) and Wendy Bellamy (Brent).  He will be lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law Johanna Klaassen (late John), his brother-in-laws Jack Klaassen (Cathie) and Anthony Klaassen and his sister-in-law Kathi Colwell (John).  He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, Kelly Holloway (Eric Newstadt), Michelle Holloway (Andy Shurvell), Jessica Holloway (Jorge Loria), Brent Bellamy (Alex Carruthers), Leigh-Anne Bellamy (Curtis Miller), Josten Goulding (Leanne Yarrow), William Bellamy, Rebecca Bellamy, Corine Hallett (Andrew), Robert Colwell, Michael Klaassen (Leslie Jardine), Christopher Klaassen (Jenelle) and Emily Klaassen (Cody Dickson).

Cremation has taken place.  Friends will be received at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd. in Kingston on Friday June 1, 2018 from 3:30-5 and 7-9 p.m. Please enter through the rear door at the reception centre. Funeral service will be held at the Wolfe Island United church on Saturday June 2, 2018 at 11:30am followed by interment at the St. Lawrence Cemetery with reception to follow.  As expressions of sympathy, donations in Danny’s memory can be made to VON Canada, Wolfe Island Volunteer Fire Department or the Wolfe Island United Church.
