Obituary of Gary Thomas Ridge

RIDGE, Gary Thomas -
passed away peacefully at his home, in his 72nd year, in the company of his wife, on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Wonderful husband and best friend to Barbara Bentley. Eldest child of the late Fred Ridge and Amelia Abrams; and cared for by the late Fred Easter and Joan (nee Abrams). Dear father to Lorrie Ridge. Cherished brother to Greg (Donna). Caring grandfather to Matthew (late), Noah, Savannah, and Ty. Loving uncle to Gregory, Rebecca; Kyle and Isaac; Jason, Sarah, Jamie, Blake, and Nicholas (late); and loving granduncle to Isobel, Heidi, Evelyn and Ozzy. Gary was creative and kind; he dearly loved his family and faced life with determination and courage. He would do anything for those he loved. A private ceremony will be held at Cataraqui Cemetery. In lieu of flowers and gifts, charitable donations may be made to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
