Obituary of Sharon M. Shaw

SHAW, Sharon M.
Unexpectedly, at her home in Bath, on Monday, February 5, 2018, in her 73rd year.  Sharon (nee Baldwin), beloved wife of 55 years to Howard Shaw.  Dear mother of Rob Shaw (Pauline) of Perth Road and Lauralee Walsh of Cambridge.  Predeceased by daughter Connie, in infancy.  Affectionately known as "Nanny" to grandchildren, Alysa Shaw (Bill), Eric Shaw (Cassandra) and Skylar Walsh.  Sharon was looking forward with great anticipation to the arrival of her first great-grandchild, Robert, who was born just a few hours after her passing.  She is survived by her brother Jack O'Brien and sisters Marg McLeod, Shirley Hamilton and predeceased by brother Ronald Baldwin.  Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.  In accordance with Sharon's wishes, cremation will be followed by a private family gathering at Cataraqui Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sharon's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
