Kelly, Marie Thérèse (née Poirier) - (1928-2018). Terry passed away peacefully at Arbour Heights, Kingston on Saturday February 3, 2018. Beloved wife of Ronald Joseph Kelly, dearest mother of Darren (Heather), Kevin (Carol) and Liane (Randall Nickson), and loving grandmother of Jason, Shannon, Rachael and Alexandra. Terry was born in New Carlisle on Quebec's Gaspé coast, the youngest daughter of William Poirier and Alphonsine Babin. Survived by her brother Clary, she is predeceased by her brothers and sisters Anita, Bert, Bella, Lorena, Gerard, Paul, Wilson, Carmel, Raymond and Opaline. Special thanks to the absolutely wonderful staff at Arbour Heights. The family will receive friends at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd. on Tuesday, February 6, 2016 from 5 to 8 pm. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes, 490 Days Road, Kingston, on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 11 am. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Kingston. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke foundation or a charity of your choice will be appreciated by the family.
