Obituary of Peter G. Lambert

It is with great sadness, we would like to announce the passing of Peter G. Lambert. At the young age of 66, Peter passed away suddenly in his home on January 24, 2018 in Kingston, ON. 
Peter was born in 1951 in Toronto, ON.  He graduated from Ryerson University and practiced as an accountant for 40 + years; over 30 years in the Kingston area before his retirement in 2017. 
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of over 30 years, Janet Lambert. His children, Bekki Puddester (Todd) and Tom Lambert will fondly remember him as a caring, generous and loving father.  He was predeceased by his beloved mother, Dorothy Jean Lambert and he will be missed by his brothers Paul Lambert and Mark Lambert (Ada) and family, and his sister Judy Lambert and family. He was a loving and supportive husband, father and friend who will be gravely missed. 
Peter was an avid cyclist, hiker, and cross country skier. He loved all outdoor sports.  He was a family man, who was generous, considerate and thoughtful. 
The visitation will be held at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., at 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM on Wednesday, January, 31, 2018. A memorial service will take place in the chapel of James Reid Funeral Home  at 11:00 AM, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, Peter would appreciate a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
