Dan, loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and brother, and retired Professor of Economics at Queens University, died peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on December 27 at the age of 83. Samphan, Ann and David were with him in his final hours. We and our families – Sabrina, Coco and Ocie, Bjørn, Luna, Sasha, Sindre and Sebastian – will host a service followed by a reception at James Reid Funeral Home, Kingston (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 4pm. We welcome all friends and family to join us in celebrating Dan’s life. Food and refreshments will be served. It is not necessary to dress in black.  In memory of Dan, donations can be made to Partners in Mission Food Bank in Kingston or to Médecins Sans Frontières.
