It is with sad hearts that we must say goodbye to Connie DeWolfe, loving mother, daughter, wife, gramma and friend to many, as she passed away suddenly but peacefully on November 1, 2017 in her home. Connie is predeceased by her husband Charles DeWolfe.  She leaves behind three children Chris (Sarah), Cory (Shelli) & Chelsey (Anthony), nine grandchildren, also known as grammas angels, Kayleigh, Madison, Charlie, Sierra, Logan, Mason, Eliza, Christopher & Caliopi, as well as many many "adopted” children and grandchildren.  Connie meant so much too so many and will continue to do so by her memories. May you rest in peace Mamma DeWolfe.  Connie’s family will receive friends on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston.  Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 1111 Taylor-Kidd Blvd., Kingston.  For those who wish, donations in Connie’s memory may be made to the Kingston Humane Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation
