Watson, David James

1944-2017

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Watson at the age of 73. Will be remembered by his wife Pamela Watson, children Audra Wash (Curtis), Adam (Sonya Lem) and Derek Watson. David had ten grandchildren he was extremely proud about; Faith, Rachel and Ashley Wash, Vincent Roberts, Samantha, Jessica and Cadence Watson, Logan, Colin and Keira Watson. Survived by his siblings Nancy Lockhard, Robert Watson, Austin Watson, Anna Walsh, Randy Watson and Louise Murphy. Predeceased by his parents Zada Pauline Watson and James Watson.

David was the proud owner of DPD Auto Centre in Kingston, Ontario for over 27 years and the owner of Discount Car & Truck Rentals in Kingston, Ontario for 20 years.  David was also a former member of the Canadian Military.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #631 would be greatly appreciated.

A celebration of life reception will be held at the James Reid Celebration and Reception Centre on Tuesday October 17, 2017 between the hours of 4:30pm and 6:30pm. Please park at the rear of the building for direct entrance to the reception centre.
