Passed away peacefully at the age of 82 surrounded by her loving family on October 4, 2017. Beloved wife of 62 years of Arthur Wm. Loving mother of Bill (Deborah), Pamela (Steve) Dunlop, Julie, Gary (Cathy), Arthur (Margaret), Howard (Lisa), Scott (Adrienne), Melanie (Mark) Amodeo.
Grandmother to dearly loved Sarah, Joshua, Elizabeth, Bill, Kathleen, Kent, Braelyn, Ally, Grace, Ian, Claire, Hannah, Olivia and Katie.
Sister of Ossie (Florence) Fisher, Vivian (Neil) Blacklock and Audrey Stover. Sister-in-law to Noreen McNichols and Suzanne (Salvador) Vigo.
Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Josephine Fisher, Noreen (Ed) Smith, Jim (Zita) Fisher, Viola (Archie) Leveque, Georgina (Joachim) McNichols, Vangie (Bill) Shea, Mel (Mary) Fisher, Al Stover, Yvonne (Ray) Anson and Maureen (Bob) Huchison. Survived by several terrific nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Father Tim Shea, Father Stephane Pouliot, Friar David Collins and all of the amazing physicians, nurses, and allied care professionals who provided care. Especially all of the palliative care physicians, residents and nurses at Providence Continuing Care.
The visitation for Yvonne will be held at the James Reid Funeral Home at 1900 John Counter Blvd. Public visiting from 3-5pm and 7-9pm on Friday October 6, 2017. The service will be held at the Annunciation Church at 11:30am in Enterprise, Ontario on Saturday October 7, 2017 with a graveside service to follow at the Annunciation Cemetery. A reception will be held after the interment back at the Annunciation Parish Hall in Enterprise.
